Unlimited users
Bring your whole event team into Cothena without paying for additional seats. Planners, coordinators and operational staff can work together in the same system.
Unlimited registrations
With the Registration add-on, accept as many attendee registrations as your events require. There is no additional Cothena fee for each person who registers.
Role-based access
Give people access to the information and tools they need for their role. Control who can view, change or export operational and attendee data across Cothena.
Workspaces
Separate teams, locations, brands or business units into their own Workspaces while keeping them connected under one organisation. Each Workspace can operate independently, while central teams retain oversight across the wider event programme.
Clone events
Use an existing event as the starting point for the next one. Carry over schedules and operational workflows, then adjust dates, venues and spaces instead of rebuilding the event from scratch.

Set up your account together
Onboarding is included. We help you get the organisation and first event structured, bring your team in and make sure the essential workflows are in place before you rely on them.
Agree the final setup
The prices on this page are real prices, not starting points. Before anything starts, we confirm which license and add-ons fit, talk through anything unusual, and put the final scope and terms in writing.
Non-profit organisations
We want Cothena to remain accessible to organisations whose work is not primarily commercial.
Eligible non-profits receive 30% off Cothena licensing. The discount does not apply to metered AI usage. Tell us about the organisation when we speak and we will confirm eligibility with you.
Community-led events
Not every organisation doing public-interest or community work is formally a non-profit.
Some cultural and community-led events operate on very small margins by design — dance communities, grassroots festivals, local associations and similar organisations are good examples.
If standard Cothena pricing would make it difficult to run the event sustainably, talk to us. We can consider reduced pricing case by case, even if the organisation does not meet the formal non-profit criteria.
We care more about understanding how the event works and what it contributes to its community than about forcing every organiser into the same commercial model.
