Plan the work
Build the programme, schedules, venues, tasks and dependencies around the event itself. Keep preparation visible from the first planning decisions through to delivery.
Pricing
Plan one event or a full year of them. Cothena brings planning, registration, schedules and communication into one connected system, with pricing that scales with the way your team works.
For individual events and occasional programmes.
Choose the size of your team and the number of people you expect to register. Add the attendee app if you need it, and see an estimated price straight away.
Your account and setup remain yours afterwards. When the next event comes around, start from what you already built.
For teams running events throughout the year.
Choose the annual capacity that fits your programme. Registrations are pooled across all your events, your team works from the same Cothena organisation throughout the year, and the attendee mobile app is included.
Your registration allowance is shared across the contract year. Use it where you need it — one large event, many smaller ones, or anything in between.
Everyone in your Cothena organisation across the year, not the crew on any one event.
The attendee mobile app is included with every annual plan.
Cothena is not just registration software. It gives your team one connected place to plan the event, coordinate the people running it and manage the people attending it.
Build the programme, schedules, venues, tasks and dependencies around the event itself. Keep preparation visible from the first planning decisions through to delivery.
Give staff, volunteers, suppliers and partners the schedules and information relevant to them. Keep operational communication close to the work instead of spread across spreadsheets, inboxes and group chats.
Build registration around the event rather than forcing the event into a fixed ticketing model. Create different storefronts, products, rules, waitlists and participant journeys while keeping them connected to the same underlying programme.
One event. One operational picture.
Software is only useful once it fits the way your event actually works.
Book a meeting and show us what you are planning. We can give you a tour of Cothena, look at the way your team currently works and focus on the parts that matter for your event.
Onboarding is included. We help you get the organisation and first event structured, bring your team in and make sure the essential workflows are in place before you rely on them.
The calculator gives you a useful estimate. Before anything starts, we confirm the capacity, services and commercial terms together in writing.
Use Cothena to manage registration without putting Cothena between you and your revenue.
Connect one of the supported payment gateways to an account you control. Payments from attendees settle with your payment provider rather than passing through Cothena first.
Cothena can work with payment providers including Stripe, Adyen, Mollie, Revolut, Square and SumUp.
Need another one? Talk to us. If the provider offers the interfaces we need, we can look at adding the integration.
Payment-provider fees and commercial terms remain between you and the provider you choose.
Cothena does not need to become another isolated system.
Documented APIs make it possible to connect event data, registration and participant experiences with your own website and other tools.
If you need an integration that does not exist yet, bring it into the conversation. We can scope integrations for your organisation where it makes sense.
The same applies to the product itself. If your events need a capability Cothena does not yet have, tell us. We actively consider customer requirements as the platform develops.
We cannot promise that every request becomes a feature, but we would rather understand the real operational problem than tell you to work around it.
We want Cothena to remain accessible to organisations whose work is not primarily commercial.
Eligible non-profits receive 40% off Pay per Event platform pricing or 30% off the base price of an Annual plan.
Tell us about the organisation when we speak and we will confirm eligibility with you.
Not every organisation doing public-interest or community work is formally a non-profit.
Some cultural and community-led events operate on very small margins by design — dance communities, grassroots festivals, local associations and similar organisations are good examples.
If standard Cothena pricing would make it difficult to run the event sustainably, talk to us. We can consider reduced pricing case by case, even if the organisation does not meet the formal non-profit criteria.
We care more about understanding how the event works and what it contributes to its community than about forcing every organiser into the same commercial model.
Some events and event programmes have a different shape.
If you need more registrations, more events, a larger team, unusual infrastructure, a new payment provider or a connection to another system, the calculator deliberately stops trying to guess.
Bring us the real requirements and we will work out the right setup with you.
Bring us one event or the year ahead. We will show you the system, talk through the way your team works and help you understand what Cothena would replace, connect and simplify.
